Servicing your plumbed in water coolers

The sanitisation and maintenance costs of the water cooler you rent from Aquastations are included in your rental price.

Sanitisation is an essential regular practice that ensures that the machine meets hygiene standards which also guarantees the quality, purity and taste of the water.

Although your machine will be of the highest quality, our maintenance service gives you peace of mind. Should the machine have technical problems then an engineer will be with you within 48 hours to attempt to fix it on site. In the majority of cases this is possible, but if not then we will install a replacement machine at no additional cost.

Our sanitisation procedure includes:

• Bi-annual sanitisation of your water cooler both internally and externally
• Bi-annual filter change to ensure water quality is maintained
• De-scaling of your machine, if required
• Any replacement parts required
• Trained technicians
• Scheduled visits at your convenience
